Project Jarvis is my personal planning assistant: a workbench for turning a backlog into a small, practical set of priorities.
A focused daily workflow
The core planner ranks tasks using importance, timing, deadlines, and estimated effort. It selects up to three daily priorities and organizes remaining work into consecutive three-day cycles, with explanations for its choices.
The application includes task editing, completion and reopening, a searchable interface, and persisted planning history. Its basic planning workflow uses deterministic rules and can operate without a language model.
A private workbench
Jarvis has a Python and FastAPI backend, a browser interface, and encrypted task content stored in SQLite. Docker packages the local prototype. Optional offline voice input and conversational-assistant work are additional layers around the core planning workflow.
The current project is a local prototype. Live model authorization and deployment readiness remain separate work; the planning interface does not depend on those integrations being active.
How it relates to this website
This website is where I share the project and write about its design. My personal planning workspace is a separate application with its own login and data.
A future Bobo assistant on this site could answer visitors’ questions using my published profile, projects, and writing. It would have its own public content scope, separate from the personal tasks and conversations in Jarvis.
